Before founding Marketplace Prep in 2020, James spent years building his own ecommerce operation – managing up to 6,000 SKUs and 200,000+ units across in-house inventory, a remote logistics center, and multiple domestic warehouses. He imported from overseas factories and co-packers, ran the full supply chain, and learned firsthand what breaks when a 3PL doesn’t know what it’s doing.
