About

jamesuniverse Scheduler is a private publishing tool operated by Marketplace Prep LLC for the sole use of James McConnell Jr. It prepares, schedules and publishes posts to James’s own accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook (the James McConnell Jr. Page), Instagram (@jamesuniverse), YouTube (jamesuniverse) and TikTok, and retrieves performance data for those same accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no other person’s account is connected to it.

Nothing is published without James reviewing and approving that specific post. Suggested captions or titles may be drafted with AI assistance; they are always labeled as drafts and can be edited before approval, and the approved text is published exactly as approved.

Terms of Use

The only authorized user of this tool is James McConnell Jr. By connecting an account, the user agrees to use the tool in compliance with the terms of each connected platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, by which the user is bound when using the YouTube features of this tool, the LinkedIn User Agreement, Meta’s Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service. The tool is provided as is, and access may be withdrawn at any time.

Privacy Policy

What this tool accesses

  • Account identity: the connected account’s ID, name and profile picture, used to show which account a post will go to.
  • Content you create in the tool: drafts, captions, titles, descriptions, media files and the scheduled time, entered by the user.
  • Published post information: the IDs, links and status of posts the tool publishes, and basic information about the connected account’s own posts and videos.
  • Performance data: views, reach, engagement and follower counts for the connected accounts’ own posts, retrieved through each platform’s official API.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. It does not access data about any other person’s account, and it does not access private messages or contacts.

How it is used

Data is used only to publish the user’s approved posts and to show the user how those posts perform. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to build profiles of anyone.

Sharing

  • Content and media are sent to the platform the user chose, only when the user approves the post.
  • Service providers that process data solely on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Anthropic (AI drafting and, at the user’s express request, plain-language summaries of performance data from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok). LinkedIn data is never sent to any AI service. These providers do not use the data to train their models.
  • Data may be disclosed if required by law. It is not shared with anyone else.

Storage and retention

  • LinkedIn post and performance data is shown to the user and deleted within 48 hours; only post IDs are kept.
  • YouTube analytics data may be kept for the user’s records. Other YouTube data (such as video titles and status) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
  • Facebook, Instagram and TikTok data is kept only while needed to show the user their results, and deleted on request.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared.

Cookies and device storage

This tool does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use a session cookie or local storage solely to keep the user signed in.

Revoking access and deleting data

  • YouTube / Google: revoke access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • LinkedIn: remove the app under Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
  • Facebook and Instagram: remove the app under Settings → Business Integrations (Facebook) or Settings → Apps and websites (Instagram).
  • TikTok: remove the app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

To request deletion of all data held by this tool, submit a request here and mention “jamesuniverse Scheduler”. Data is deleted within 7 days of the request, and immediately stops being collected once access is revoked.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to the tool is restricted to its single authorized user.
