Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Marketplace Prep LLC (“Marketplace Prep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website at marketplaceprep.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone who visits our Site to have a clear and welcoming experience.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. WCAG 2.1 AA is also the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
2. Measures we take
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Steps we have taken and continue to maintain include:
- Color and contrast for text and interactive controls reviewed against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Form fields associated with descriptive labels so they can be read by screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Semantic page structure, including headings and landmark regions, to support navigation.
- Support for keyboard navigation of interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where applicable.
- Periodic review of the Site as content and features change.
3. Ongoing work and known limitations
We treat accessibility as a continuous process rather than a one-time project. Some content provided by third parties, or older content, may not yet fully meet our target standard. Where we identify a gap, we work to correct it. If you encounter a barrier that is not described here, please tell us so we can address it.
4. Third-party content
Some features of the Site rely on third-party tools and services. We do not control how those third parties build their products, and their accessibility may vary. Where a third-party tool creates a barrier, we will look for an accessible alternative or an equivalent way to provide the same information or service.
5. Tell us about a barrier or request assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of our Site, need information in a different format, or want to request an accommodation, please reach us through our contact form. Please describe the page or feature, the problem you experienced, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if known. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to provide the information or service you need through an accessible method.
Your feedback helps us improve. If something on this Site is hard to use, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed and to get you the information or service you came for.
6. Updates to this statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement as our Site, our practices, and accessibility standards evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
