Our floor is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, in far north Fort Worth near Alliance, off the I-35W and I-820 corridor. It is 8,750 square feet with a forklift on site and a loading dock that takes 53-foot semis and 40-foot containers without a liftgate. For a Fort Worth seller that is not a routing story. Parcel
UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Ship from anywhere in Fort Worth and the boxes enter receiving as they land.
Pallet and LTL
Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. Our loading dock takes a 53-foot semi or a 40-foot container with a forklift on site, so no liftgate is needed.
Driving it up yourself
Our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. You are in the same city, so this is a real option rather than a theoretical one, and you are welcome to see the floor while you are here.
Outbound to Amazon
We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup off this same floor, so your inbound and outbound legs run from one building.

Our floor is 500 units per month, and we are built for sellers moving 3,000-plus units a month. Sellers between 500 and 3,000 units are handled case by case based on SKU complexity. We are not the right fit for sellers below that floor with no growth trajectory.
How does Marketplace Prep price FBA prep?
Standard prep is billed at the published per-unit volume tiers on our prep pricing page, with every standard step included. Kitting, specialty work, and problem inbounds are quoted after we understand your SKU mix on a discovery call. Schedule a call to get a scoped quote.
What turnaround time can I expect on my shipments?
We do not publish blanket turnaround guarantees. Lead times depend on your volume, SKU complexity, and prep requirements, and we scope them honestly in your service agreement. We would rather commit to a timeline we can hit than promise a number we cannot.
Do you handle wholesale and private label prep, or only standard FBA?
We handle FBA Prep, Wholesale Prep, and Private Label Prep, along with DTC Fulfillment and Freight Booking. Wholesale demand has grown since Amazon ended its own prep service. We work with private label, wholesale, and brand-exclusive inventory.
How will I communicate with you about my inventory?
Communication is WhatsApp-first. Every Fort Worth client gets a dedicated WhatsApp group created at onboarding so you can reach us directly without a ticket queue. We use email for formal documents like agreements, invoices, and BOLs.
