Our facility is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76177, in far north Fort Worth near the Alliance area. Most Mansfield sellers route inventory north through the US-287 and Chisholm Trail Parkway corridor. You do not need to drop off in person; the majority of our Mansfield clients send inventory by parcel carrier or by appointed LTL pickup.

Both work. You can ship inventory to us by parcel through UPS, FedEx, or USPS with no appointment required, or arrange an appointed pallet or LTL delivery. If you prefer to drive it up from Mansfield yourself, our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment.

We are built for sellers moving 3,000 or more units a month, which is where the work makes sense on both sides. There is a floor of 500 units a month, and between 500 and 3,000 we look at it case by case, because at that size SKU complexity tells us more than the unit count does. Below the floor with no growth behind it, we are not the right call.

FBA prep, wholesale prep, and private label prep, plus DTC fulfillment and freight booking. Wholesale volume has grown since Amazon discontinued its own prep service after January 2026.

No. A case pack built on our floor is declared case-packed in your shipment plan the same as a sealed manufacturer case. The rules that do bind are the ones inside the case: one SKU and one condition per case, every case in the shipment carrying the same unit count, and no more than 150 units in a case. If inventory arrives loose or in mixed cases, building it into compliant case packs is part of the work.

It is set by lane, not by habit. Every LTL and pallet shipment we build uses pack later, so box contents are declared once the pallet is actually built and confirmed. Every small parcel shipment packs first, with contents supplied up front. Getting those two backwards is a steady source of reconciliation work later, so we fix it at the front.

A standard FBA inbound box tops out at 36 inches long by 25 wide by 25 high, and 50 pounds. The 36-inch length has been current since June 2025, when it rose from 25 inches; width and height did not change with it. A single unit longer than 36 inches can ship in an oversize box, which may then run up to 65 pounds and no further.
