How is pricing determined?
Standard prep is billed at the published per-unit volume tiers on our prep pricing page, with every standard step included. Kitting, specialty work, and problem inbounds are quoted after we review your SKU mix on a discovery call. Any number we give you for that work is not a binding quote until the agreement is signed.
What tools do you use to run prep and fulfillment?
Our software builds the FBA shipment plans and generates the labels straight from Seller Central. DTC fulfillment runs on ShipHero, which is required for DTC at scale and integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce. Freight booking goes through the Amazon Freight portal, and billing runs on a prepaid wallet.
Do you guarantee a turnaround time?
No. We do not make blanket turnaround promises. Lead times are scoped per engagement and documented in your service agreement, and inbound receiving, prep, shipment plan execution, and carrier transit are independent legs we treat as such. We would rather give you an accurate window than a number we cannot keep.
How will we communicate about my account?
Communication runs WhatsApp-first, with a dedicated group created for your account at onboarding. Email is used for formal documents like agreements, invoices, and BOLs. You will not have to chase us to find out where a shipment stands.
