Our 8,750 square foot warehouse at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 is in north Fort Worth, off I-35W near Alliance, reached from Irving by way of SH-114 west and I-35W north. We receive 53 foot semis, 40 foot containers, and parcel from UPS, FedEx, and USPS, with a forklift on site for palletized inbound.

How does pricing work?
Standard prep is billed at the published per-unit volume tiers on our prep pricing page, with every standard step included. Custom work such as kitting, oversize, or problem inbounds is scoped after a discovery call and documented in your service agreement.
Will my Irving inventory ship faster because you are near Amazon FCs in DFW?
Amazon decides how your inbound shipments are split and which fulfillment centers they route to, so we do not promise faster delivery based on our location. Several Amazon FCs do sit in the metroplex. What we control is clean FBA shipment plan execution out of Seller Central so your units are labeled, packed, and compliant wherever Amazon sends them.
What turnaround can you commit to?
We do not publish a blanket turnaround time. Lead times are scoped per engagement and depend on your volume, SKU complexity, and prep requirements, then documented in your service agreement. Receiving, prep, FBA shipment plan creation, and carrier handoff are independent steps, and we set realistic timing for each during onboarding rather than promising a one-size number.
Do you handle both FBA prep and DTC fulfillment?
Yes. Our software builds the FBA shipment and generates the labels straight from Seller Central. DTC Fulfillment runs on ShipHero for inventory, order management, and pick-pack-ship across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders. DTC at scale requires that you integrate with ShipHero, which is non-negotiable on that service line.
How will we communicate once we start?
We are WhatsApp-first. Each client gets a dedicated WhatsApp group created at onboarding, which is where day-to-day coordination and decisions happen. Email is used for formal documents like agreements, invoices, and bills of lading. You hear bad news from us first, not last.
