Keeping the freight clock and the prep clock from compounding

Every extra leg between your supplier and the floor that preps your units is time you pay for twice: once in transit, and once in a receiving queue you cannot see into.

Flower Mound sits in southern Denton County, where Highway 114 and FM 1171 feed west into the I-35W and Alliance freight spine. Our facility at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 is in far north Fort Worth near Alliance, west of Flower Mound on the Highway 114 and I-35W corridor. Whether you are receiving wholesale cases, private label production, or a container drayed in off the Alliance corridor, that inventory reaches us by parcel or by appointed LTL without a long-haul leg in between.

Proximity is the easy part. What it actually buys a Flower Mound brand shows up in receiving and reconciliation: the handoff from your supplier or your local storage onto our floor happens on one short leg, so a delay in transit does not stack on top of a delay in prep. At 3,000 units a month and up, the FNSKU labeling, the case-pack compliance, and the shipment plans take the hours that should go to buying and selling. Marketplace Prep was built by a seller who ran 6,000+ SKUs and more than 200,000 units on Amazon, so FBA rules are operational knowledge here rather than a help article. Our software builds and executes your shipment plan straight out of Seller Central, and your account gets a dedicated WhatsApp group, so you can ask what is happening with a pallet without opening a ticket.

Getting your inventory from Flower Mound onto our floor

Four ways inventory gets from Flower Mound onto our floor, and what each one asks of you.

Parcel

UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Ship from a Flower Mound home base or a leased unit and the boxes enter receiving as they land.

Pallet and LTL

Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. This is the lane for wholesale cases and private label production arriving direct from a supplier.

Driving it up yourself

Our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. The door is open inside that window.

Outbound to Amazon

We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our Fort Worth facility, so you are not chasing carriers from Flower Mound.

Who this is built for

Flower Mound has filled up with brand owners running real volume out of homes and small leased units across southern Denton County. That is the seller this floor is set up for.

A fit

  • Flower Mound and southern Denton County brands shipping 3,000+ units a month who have outgrown prepping out of a garage or a small leased unit.
  • Wholesale sellers moving case-pack inventory, which has grown here since Amazon ended its own prep service.
  • Private label brands that want custom packaging, inserts, kitting, and quality assurance handled on the same floor as the FBA prep.
  • Sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders alongside FBA who can integrate with ShipHero.

Questions Flower Mound sellers ask

Where is Marketplace Prep located relative to Flower Mound, TX?

Our facility is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76177, in far north Fort Worth near the Alliance area. It is west of Flower Mound on the Highway 114 and I-35W corridor, inside the same DFW logistics corridor your inventory already moves through. You do not need to drop off in person; the majority of our Flower Mound clients send inventory by parcel carrier or by appointed LTL pickup.

Can I drop off inventory from Flower Mound, or do I have to ship it?

Both work. You can ship inventory to us by parcel through UPS, FedEx, or USPS with no appointment required, or arrange an appointed pallet or LTL delivery. If you prefer to drive it over from Flower Mound yourself, our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment.

How will I hear from you about my inventory?

WhatsApp, in a group created for your account at onboarding. Receiving confirmations, discrepancies, and the day-to-day questions all live there, because it is the channel that actually gets read during a working day. Email carries the formal items: service agreement, invoices, and BOLs.

When does a bag need a suffocation warning?

Once the opening is 5 inches or wider measured flat. Two different measurements do two different jobs here, which is where sellers usually get caught: the opening decides whether the warning is needed at all, while length plus width decides how large the type has to be, from 10 point on the smallest bags up to 24 point at 60 inches and over.

My products already have a manufacturer barcode. Is that enough?

It depends which side of the 2026 barcode change you are on. Since March 31, 2026, resellers must apply Amazon barcodes regardless of what the manufacturer printed; only brand owners with the Brand Representative role can keep using manufacturer barcodes. Amazon recognises those two kinds and no others, so plan on FNSKU labeling unless you own the brand.

Can you build case packs for me, or do they have to arrive that way?

We build them. A case we assemble here is declared case-packed in the shipment plan exactly like a sealed manufacturer case, so inventory that turns up loose or in mixed cartons is not a problem. The constraints sit inside the case: one SKU, one condition, the same unit count in every case in the shipment, and 150 units per case as the ceiling.

Do you fulfill my own website and Amazon merchant orders too?

Yes, through ShipHero. We pick, pack and ship ecommerce orders for Shopify and WooCommerce stores and merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders from Fort Worth, alongside kitting and subscription box assembly. Integrating with ShipHero is a requirement for DTC work, not a nice-to-have, because the inventory and order data have to live in one system.

How do you price prep work?

Per unit, at the published volume tiers on our prep pricing page. Every standard step, from receiving and inspection to FNSKU labels and poly bags, is included, and the rate drops as your monthly volume grows. Work outside standard prep, such as kitting or problem inbounds, is quoted after we see your SKU mix on a call.

Prepping out of Flower Mound? Let’s scope it.

We do not make blanket promises and we do not quote before we understand the work. Tell us your SKU mix, your volume, and how your inventory arrives, and we will scope it against what you actually ship.
