Lewisville is close enough that the inbound lane is a choice
Thirty to forty minutes west means you are not picking a prep center on distance. You are picking one on whether the floor runs off your Seller Central shipment plan and tells you the truth about what arrived.
Lewisville sits in southern Denton County on the I-35E spine, with the Sam Rayburn Tollway crossing its north side and SH-114 and DFW International just below. Our facility at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 is in far north Fort Worth near Alliance, reached from Lewisville west along the SH-114 corridor to I-35W. That is close enough that parcel, appointed LTL, and driving it up yourself are all real options rather than one default, which is not true from most of the metroplex. Brands in Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, The Colony, and Coppell already move inventory through that same corridor.
The drive is the easy part. At 3,000 units a month and up, the FNSKU labeling, the case-pack compliance, and the shipment plans take the hours that should go to buying and selling. Marketplace Prep was built by a seller who ran 6,000+ SKUs and more than 200,000 units on Amazon, so FBA rules are operational knowledge here rather than a help article. Our software builds and executes your shipment plan straight out of Seller Central, and your account gets a dedicated WhatsApp group, so you can ask what is happening with a pallet without opening a ticket.
Getting your inventory from Lewisville onto our floor
Four ways inventory gets from Lewisville onto our floor, and what each one asks of you.
Parcel
UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Ship from a Lewisville home base or a leased unit and the boxes enter receiving as they land.
Pallet and LTL
Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. This is the lane for wholesale cases and private label production arriving direct from a supplier.
Driving it up yourself
Our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Most Lewisville sellers never make the drive, but the door is open inside that window.
Outbound to Amazon
We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our Fort Worth facility, so you are not chasing carriers from Lewisville.
Who this is built for
Lewisville and the Denton County growth belt hold a dense base of inventory-led operators who have outgrown a garage or a leased bay. That is the seller this floor is set up for.
A fit
- Lewisville and southern Denton County brands shipping 3,000+ units a month who have outgrown prepping out of a garage or a leased bay.
- Wholesale sellers moving case-pack inventory, which has grown here since Amazon ended its own prep service.
- Private label brands that want custom packaging, inserts, kitting, and quality assurance handled on the same floor as the FBA prep.
- Sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders alongside FBA who can integrate with ShipHero.
Questions Lewisville sellers ask
Where is Marketplace Prep located relative to Lewisville, TX?
Our facility is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76177, in far north Fort Worth near the Alliance area. For most Lewisville sellers that is reached from Lewisville west along the SH-114 corridor to I-35W. You do not need to drop off in person; the majority of our Lewisville clients send inventory by parcel carrier or by appointed LTL pickup.
Can I drop off inventory from Lewisville, or do I have to ship it?
Both work. You can ship inventory to us by parcel through UPS, FedEx, or USPS with no appointment required, or arrange an appointed pallet or LTL delivery. If you prefer to drive it up from Lewisville yourself, our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment.
Can you book the freight as well as prep it?
Yes. We book Amazon Freight, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our address. Keeping the prep and the booking on one floor removes the gap where a finished pallet sits waiting for someone else to arrange a truck.
What does delivery to your facility actually look like?
Parcel carriers need no appointment and can arrive any working day. Pallet and LTL deliveries do need a scheduled appointment, and the client-facing receiving window runs 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. The building takes a 53-foot semi or a 40-foot container, there is a forklift on site, and no liftgate is required.
Do you declare box contents before or after packing?
Both, depending on how the shipment moves. Small parcel shipments pack first, with box contents supplied when the plan is built. Pallet and LTL shipments use pack later, because the contents are not genuinely known until the pallet is finished. Matching the choice to the lane is what keeps the plan and the physical freight agreeing.
Can you give me a quick quote?
For standard prep, yes: the per-unit tiers are published on our prep pricing page, and every standard step is included. Kitting, specialty packaging, or problem inbounds need a look at your mix and how the inventory arrives first, so a scoping call gets you a real figure for that work.
Do you FNSKU-label every unit?
For resellers, yes, and that is no longer optional. Stickerless commingled inventory ended on March 31, 2026, so a reseller now needs an Amazon barcode on every unit even when the product already carries a manufacturer barcode. Brand owners holding the Brand Representative role can still run manufacturer barcodes. Our software pulls the FNSKU off your shipment plan.
What kind of account do you take on?
Established sellers, generally a year or more in, who already know how their shipment plans and FNSKU labeling work. The ideal is 3,000 or more units a month; 500 is the floor and the range between the two is scoped one account at a time. We work private label, wholesale, and brand-exclusive inventory only.
