Being near an Amazon fulfillment center is not what routes your Frisco shipment

The metroplex hosts several Amazon fulfillment centers. We treat that as regional context, not a speed promise, because Amazon decides where your inventory routes and how it splits.

Frisco straddles the Collin and Denton county line along the Sam Rayburn Tollway, with the Dallas North Tollway running north through the middle of the city and US-380 across the top. Our facility at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 is in far north Fort Worth near Alliance, southwest of Frisco on the Sam Rayburn and SH-114 corridor toward I-35W. Whether your goods arrive by container through a Houston port or land at DFW International and stage locally, they stay inside the same metro you operate in, and they reach us by parcel or by appointed LTL on a single run west.

Those 40-odd miles west are a fixed cost and you pay them once. Prep accuracy is the variable, and it is the one that decides whether a shipment checks in clean. At 3,000 units a month and up, the FNSKU labeling, the case-pack compliance, and the shipment plans take the hours that should go to buying and selling. Marketplace Prep was built by a seller who ran 6,000+ SKUs and more than 200,000 units on Amazon, so FBA rules are operational knowledge here rather than a help article. Our software builds and executes your shipment plan straight out of Seller Central, and your account gets a dedicated WhatsApp group, so you can ask what is happening with a pallet without opening a ticket.

Getting your inventory from Frisco onto our floor

Four ways inventory gets from Frisco onto our floor, and what each one asks of you.

Parcel

UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Ship from a Frisco home base or a leased unit and the boxes enter receiving as they land.

Pallet and LTL

Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. This is the lane for wholesale cases and private label production arriving direct from a supplier.

Driving it up yourself

Our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Most Frisco sellers never make the drive, but the door is open inside that window.

Outbound to Amazon

We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our Fort Worth facility, so you are not chasing carriers from Frisco.

Who this is built for

The North Dallas corridor is one of the densest seller communities in Texas and Frisco sits in the middle of it. That is the seller this floor is set up for.

A fit

  • Frisco brands along the Collin and Denton county line shipping 3,000+ units a month who have outgrown prepping out of a garage or a leased unit.
  • Wholesale sellers moving case-pack inventory, which has grown here since Amazon ended its own prep service.
  • Private label brands that want custom packaging, inserts, kitting, and quality assurance handled on the same floor as the FBA prep.
  • Sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders alongside FBA who can integrate with ShipHero.

Questions Frisco sellers ask

Where is Marketplace Prep located relative to Frisco, TX?

Our facility is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76177, in far north Fort Worth near the Alliance area. Frisco sits northeast of us along the Sam Rayburn Tollway. You do not need to drop off in person; the majority of our Frisco clients send inventory by parcel carrier or by appointed LTL pickup.

Can I drop off inventory from Frisco, or do I have to ship it?

Both work. You can ship inventory to us by parcel through UPS, FedEx, or USPS with no appointment required, or arrange an appointed pallet or LTL delivery. If you prefer to drive it up from Frisco yourself, our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment.

Is there a size of seller this does not work for?

Yes, in both directions of the mix. The ideal account is moving 3,000 or more units a month on a low-to-moderate SKU count. Accounts between 500 and 3,000 units we scope individually. Catalogs fragmented across hundreds of SKUs with thin volume behind each one are the harder case: we will look, but the handling often outruns what the work is worth.

My products already have a manufacturer barcode. Is that enough?

It depends which side of the 2026 barcode change you are on. Since March 31, 2026, resellers must apply Amazon barcodes regardless of what the manufacturer printed; only brand owners with the Brand Representative role can keep using manufacturer barcodes. Amazon recognises those two kinds and no others, so plan on FNSKU labeling unless you own the brand.

Do my case packs have to be the manufacturer’s original cases?

No. A case pack built on our floor is declared case-packed in your shipment plan the same as a sealed manufacturer case. The rules that do bind are the ones inside the case: one SKU and one condition per case, every case in the shipment carrying the same unit count, and no more than 150 units in a case. If inventory arrives loose or in mixed cases, building it into compliant case packs is part of the work.

Do you fulfill my own website and Amazon merchant orders too?

Yes, through ShipHero. We pick, pack and ship ecommerce orders for Shopify and WooCommerce stores and merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders from Fort Worth, alongside kitting and subscription box assembly. Integrating with ShipHero is a requirement for DTC work, not a nice-to-have, because the inventory and order data have to live in one system.

What turnaround can you commit to?

Whatever we scope into your agreement, and nothing blanket. We do not publish a standing turnaround promise, because the honest answer depends on your volume, your SKU complexity, and what the prep actually involves. We would rather commit to a timeline we can hold than quote a number that looks good on a page.

What does delivery to your facility actually look like?

Parcel carriers need no appointment and can arrive any working day. Pallet and LTL deliveries do need a scheduled appointment, and the client-facing receiving window runs 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. The building takes a 53-foot semi or a 40-foot container, there is a forklift on site, and no liftgate is required.

Prepping out of Frisco? Let’s scope it.

We do not make blanket promises and we do not quote before we understand the work. Tell us your SKU mix, your volume, and how your inventory arrives, and we will scope it against what you actually ship.
