Privacy Policy

Last updated June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Marketplace Prep, LLC, a subsidiary of JTMJ Holdings LLC ("Marketplace Prep," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at marketplaceprep.com and our third-party logistics and FBA prep services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a quote, schedule a call, or onboard as a client, we collect information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your inventory, shipments, and fulfillment needs.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we automatically collect usage and device information through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.

Financial account information

We use Plaid Inc. to securely connect financial accounts that Marketplace Prep and its affiliates own and operate, solely for our own internal accounting and bookkeeping. We do not collect, access, or store the bank account credentials of website visitors or clients through the website. Plaid's handling of data is governed by Plaid's privacy policy, available at plaid.com/legal.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services and respond to your inquiries.
  • Set up and manage client accounts, process orders, and handle billing.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our systems and prevent fraud.
  • Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, payment processing, accounting (Intuit QuickBooks), and financial connectivity (Plaid), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and review your options in our Cookie Policy. California residents can use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Financial and tax records are generally retained for seven years. Lead and contact information is retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable follow-up period, then securely deleted. You may request deletion as described in Section 7.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and managed secret storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. Residents of California (under the CCPA and CPRA) may also request to know what we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please use our contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us through the form above and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
