Plush Toy Fulfillment for Ecommerce Brands

Plush toy fulfillment for brands that sell the same soft goods on several storefronts. We receive your stock in our Fort Worth warehouse, hold it as one inventory pool in ShipHero, and pick, pack and ship Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders from it.

One plush, several listings, one shelf

Every storefront listing for a plush character is drawing on the same box of units.

A plush brand we ship for today lists each of its characters across several storefronts, and each channel generated its own SKU for the same toy: a long numeric ID on one, an Amazon-style seller SKU on another, a plain name on a third. Loaded as separate products, those SKUs would split one shelf of stock into several counts that never agree.

We run it the other way. The brand’s own short SKU is the master. It holds every physical unit and carries the retail UPC the floor scans. Each channel’s SKU is set up in ShipHero as a kit with one component, the master, at quantity one. A kit holds no stock of its own, so every listing reports the master’s available count, and an order from any storefront draws down the same units.

One plush character, mapped

Master SKU
The brand’s own SKU. Holds the units and the retail barcode. Receiving and counts happen here only.
Your own store’s SKU
A kit of one on the master. Reports the master’s count to your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
Amazon seller SKU
A kit of one for your merchant-fulfilled listing, drawing on the same units.
Bundle or gift set SKU
A virtual kit built from the same masters. Its available count comes from its components, so it stops selling when any piece runs out.
One shelf, many listings. A kit holds no stock of its own, so an order from any storefront draws down the same units.

How we run plush orders

The order matters. Stock moves onto the master before any listing SKU is turned into a kit, because a SKU converted while it still holds units loses that count.

01

Set the master SKUs

We agree with you which SKU holds the stock for each toy, usually your own internal SKU rather than an ID a channel generated, and confirm it carries the barcode printed on the tag or bag.

02

Map every listing as a kit of one

Each storefront keeps the SKUs it already uses. Each one becomes a kit whose only component is the master, and we check that every listing shows the master’s count before go-live.

03

Receive against the master

Inbound cartons are received against the master SKU, never a listing SKU, so the count lands where every channel can see it. Clean case packs are received at no charge.

04

Pick, pack and ship from one pool

Orders from each connected store flow into ShipHero and ship from 1925 Golden Heights Rd in Fort Worth. Branded mailers, printed inserts and other packaging you supply are custom work we scope with you.

05

Put sellable returns back in the pool

Returned toys are received and condition-checked. Sellable units are restocked to the master, which puts them back in front of every channel at once, and damaged units are flagged for your decision. More on returns processing.

What stays with the brand

A toy designed for children 12 and under is a children’s product under US law, and the compliance work around it sits with the brand that makes it, not with the warehouse that ships it.

ASTM F963 testing

The federal toy safety standard. Testing is done by a CPSC-accepted third-party lab on your product, arranged by you or your manufacturer. We do not test toys.

Children’s Product Certificate

Issued by the importer or domestic manufacturer, based on that testing. Keep it current for every toy you send us; we do not issue or hold certificates on your behalf.

CPSIA tracking labels

Permanent marks on the toy and its packaging, applied at manufacturing. Units need to arrive with them already in place.

Who this is built for

The fit is a soft-goods brand that is already shipping orders from more than one place and wants one count behind all of them.

A fit

  • Plush and soft toy brands selling the same characters on two or more of Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon merchant-fulfilled.
  • Brands that also send plush into FBA and want the poly-bagging and labeling done in the same building as their DTC orders.
  • Catalogs with bundles, gift sets or multi-packs built from the same single toys.
  • Brands with certified, labeled product that are ready to connect their stores to ShipHero.

Questions plush brands ask

Can you ship my plush orders from Shopify and Amazon from one stock?

Yes. Each plush design keeps its physical stock in one place in ShipHero, and your Shopify listing and your Amazon listing both read their available count from it. When a character sells through on one storefront, the other stops offering it on its next inventory sync, which matters most on a limited run where the last few units are the ones most likely to oversell. We ship the Amazon side as merchant-fulfilled orders. We do not run Seller Fulfilled Prime, so those orders carry no Prime badge.

Do you handle CPSIA labels?

No, and it is worth being clear about why. The CPSIA tracking label belongs on the toy and its packaging from manufacturing, and the Children’s Product Certificate is issued by the importer or domestic manufacturer based on third-party testing to ASTM F963 at a CPSC-accepted lab. We do not test, certify or issue certificates. We receive, store and ship units that arrive already labeled and packaged the way you have certified them.

Do you accept toys with batteries?

Toys that ship with button or coin cell lithium batteries are reviewed before anything ships to us. Plush and soft toys with no electronics are the core of this work. If a product has any other battery inside, tell us exactly what it is before anything ships to us and we will give you a straight answer on the call.

Can you handle holiday volume?

There is no order ceiling on our DTC work. What we plan around is space, so send us your expected inbound and order forecast for October through December as early as you have it, and we scope it into the agreement. We do not publish blanket turnaround guarantees, and we will not promise a carrier holiday cutoff that belongs to the carrier.

Can you prep my plush for FBA too?

Yes. FBA prep is our other service line, in the same building. For plush that usually means FNSKU labeling and poly-bagging: bags at least 1.5 mil thick, clear enough to scan through or labeled on the outside, with a suffocation warning when the opening is 5 inches or larger flat. Units sent to FBA leave your DTC pool, because Amazon holds and fulfills them from that point.

What do you need before our first plush shipment arrives?

A discovery call, a signed agreement and a funded prepaid wallet come first. Then we open a WhatsApp group for your team, document your SKU list and packing specs, connect your stores to ShipHero and test each one before live orders flow. Your first inbound shipment is coordinated after that, so receiving lands against SKUs that are already set up.

Selling plush on more than one storefront? Send us the SKU list.

Send the SKUs each channel uses for each toy, and tell us whether any of it goes to FBA. We will show you how it maps to one pool and scope the engagement to your catalog and order profile before anything is quoted.
