The category name rarely settles it. What matters is how the product is packaged, how big it is, and whether it carries dates that need tracking.
Most packaged goods in finished retail packaging are standard pick, pack and ship for us, whatever shelf they sit on in a store. That covers the categories on this page and plenty that are not listed.
A few products need a closer look before they ship to us: larger items, anything with a transport classification on its Safety Data Sheet, and products with lot or expiry dates. Some oversized, hazmat and specialty items are handled after review, and dated products are tracked in ShipHero from the first receipt.

What we look at before your first shipment
These apply to any product, whatever category it is listed under. None of them is a reason to stop; they decide how we set up your account.
Size and weight
Standard parcels ship as normal. Some oversized items ship too, after we review the dimensions and how they will go out.
Transport classification
Some hazmat and specialty items are handled after review. Share the Safety Data Sheet for anything borderline and we will give you a straight answer on the call.
Lot and expiry dates
Supplements and other dated products are tracked by lot and expiry in ShipHero, so the earliest dates ship first.
Packaging
Products in finished retail packaging ship as they are. Branded boxes, inserts and pouches you supply are documented in your packing spec before the first order moves.

Do you fulfill skincare and cosmetics?

How do I check whether my product is a fit?
Send us your SKU list with dimensions and weights. Most packaged goods are standard pick, pack and ship. Some oversized, hazmat and specialty items are handled after review. For those, the Safety Data Sheet from your manufacturer speeds up the answer, since Section 14 gives the transport classification. We go through every product with you on the call.

Dimensions and weights
Unit and carton sizes for each SKU. They set storage, packaging and carrier choices, and they flag any larger items to review.
Section 14 of the SDS
For anything borderline, ask your manufacturer for the Safety Data Sheet. Section 14 gives the transport classification, which settles the question faster than a product description.
Dates on the label
Mark which SKUs carry lot numbers or expiry dates, so tracking is set up before the first unit is received.
Your packing spec
How each product should go out: boxes, inserts, pouches or gift notes. We document it before the first order ships.
