TikTok Shop's seller help pages set a dispatch window for regular orders of two business days, counted until the order shows as In Transit, and the rule has applied in this form since January 2026. Late dispatches feed a Late Dispatch Rate: TikTok recommends keeping it at 4% or lower, and enforcement such as account health deductions and order volume limits can begin above 10%. The orders land in the same ShipHero queue as everything else and get worked against one stock count. If you know a creator post or a campaign is coming, tell us in your WhatsApp group beforehand so we can plan the pick and pack work and the shelf space. Nothing about a spike changes TikTok's dispatch window, which is why we ask for the heads-up. We do not publish a blanket turnaround promise, because the honest window depends on the size of the spike and your product.

Yes. Each channel usually gives the same product its own SKU, so we keep the physical stock on one master product in ShipHero and set each channel SKU as a kit of one that points at it. It cannot stop a customer from buying the last unit on two channels in the same minute, but it removes the common failure of separate counts drifting apart.
