FBA Prep Center for Arkansas Amazon Sellers
Marketplace Prep runs FBA prep and shipment execution from a Fort Worth, Texas facility at the end of the DFW-bound lanes Arkansas sellers already ship down. Our software builds and executes your FBA shipments off your Seller Central shipment plan. Built for brands moving 3,000+ units a month.

Both Arkansas corridors end in the same place, so your prep should too
The question is rarely whether there is a prep center nearby. It is where your inventory routes most cleanly, and in Arkansas that answer is the same whichever end of the state you ship from.
Central Arkansas freight runs west out of Little Rock on I-30 into the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Northwest Arkansas, the Fayetteville and Bentonville corridor, feeds south through US-71 and I-49 into those same lanes. Our facility at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 in north Fort Worth sits at the end of both. Wholesale cases and private label production from either end of the state can consolidate at one Texas inbound point instead of fragmenting across drop locations, which keeps your records, your shipment plans, and your freight booking in one place.
We are a Texas 3PL, not an in-state Arkansas operation, and we say that plainly. The value is a systems-first warehouse on the freight routes you already use, run by people who have shipped on Amazon themselves, not a pin closer to your zip code. James McConnell Jr. built Marketplace Prep in 2020 out of his own Amazon selling experience, more than 6,000 SKUs and 200,000-plus units shipped, and that depth is what shows up in how shipment plans, case-pack rules, and FNSKU labeling get handled here.
Getting Arkansas inventory onto our floor
Four ways freight reaches our floor from Arkansas, and what each one asks of you.
Parcel
UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Smaller Arkansas shipments enter receiving as they land.
Pallet and LTL
Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. This is the lane most Arkansas sellers run for wholesale cases and private label production.
Container and full truckload
Our facility handles 53-foot semi and 40-foot container access with a forklift on site, so a full load out of the I-49 corridor unloads without a liftgate. Same appointment rule as LTL.
Outbound to Amazon
We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our Fort Worth facility, so your inbound plan stays on one set of records.
Who this is built for
Arkansas sellers who have outgrown prepping in their own space are who this floor is set up for.
A fit
- Arkansas brands shipping 3,000+ units a month who have outgrown prepping in their own space.
- Wholesale sellers moving case-pack inventory, which has grown since Amazon discontinued its own FBA prep service in early 2026.
- Private label brands that want custom packaging, inserts, kitting, and quality inspection handled on the same floor as the FBA prep.
- Sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders alongside FBA who can integrate with ShipHero.
Questions Arkansas sellers ask
Where is Marketplace Prep located relative to Arkansas?
Marketplace Prep operates from 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 in north Fort Worth, Texas, off the I-35W corridor. Central Arkansas sellers reach the facility via I-30 west out of Little Rock, and Northwest Arkansas sellers route south through the I-49 and US-71 lanes into the DFW metroplex. We are a Texas prep center serving Arkansas sellers, not an in-state Arkansas operation.
How does inventory get from Arkansas to your facility?
Most Arkansas sellers move inventory by LTL or full-truckload freight down the DFW-bound corridors, or by parcel for smaller volumes. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment; parcel through UPS, FedEx, or USPS does not. Our facility handles 53-foot semi and 40-foot container access with a forklift on site.
What volume do you work with?
Our FBA prep floor is 500 units per month, with 500 to 3,000 evaluated case by case and 3,000-plus being the ideal fit. We are built for established sellers shipping consistent volume, not occasional or one-off batches. For DTC fulfillment, we start around 30 orders a month, and most brands we run ship a few hundred to a few thousand.
How is pricing determined?
Standard prep is billed at the published per-unit volume tiers on our prep pricing page, with every standard step included. Work outside standard prep is quoted after a discovery call and documented in your service agreement once the scope is defined.
What is your turnaround time?
We do not make blanket turnaround promises. Lead time depends on your SKU mix, prep requirements, and volume, and it gets scoped in your service agreement so the commitment is real rather than a marketing number. We tell you what is actually happening with your inventory, including delays.
What FBA prep services do you offer?
FNSKU labeling generated by our software from your Seller Central shipment plan, poly-bagging, bubble wrapping, inspection, bundling and kitting, case forwarding, Amazon case-pack compliance, and full FBA shipment plan execution. We also offer wholesale prep, private-label prep, DTC fulfillment through ShipHero, and Amazon Freight booking.
Do you handle wholesale and private-label inventory?
Yes. Wholesale prep covers bulk receiving, inspection and sorting, case-pack building, and FBA compliance prep. Private-label prep covers custom packaging, insert placement, kitting and bundling, and quality inspection. Since Amazon discontinued its own FBA prep service in early 2026, demand for both has grown.
How will I communicate with your team?
Communication is WhatsApp-first. Every client gets a dedicated WhatsApp group created at onboarding, so questions and updates do not sit in a queue. Email is used for formal documents such as agreements, invoices, and bills of lading.
