What are your turnaround times?
We do not publish blanket turnaround promises. Lead times depend on your SKU mix, prep complexity, and volume, and they are scoped per engagement and documented in your agreement. We would rather commit to an accurate timeline for your work than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
What happens when my inventory arrives?
Inbound is received against your documented specs, inspected, and processed in our software for FBA or ShipHero for DTC. We label, poly-bag, build case packs to Amazon compliance, and execute your shipment plan. You see status through the systems rather than chasing us for updates.
Do you handle both FBA prep and DTC fulfillment for Garland brands?
