Mesquite is the far side of the metroplex, and that is still one metro leg

The real choice for an eastern Dallas County brand is not near against far. It is one drive across a metro your inventory already moves through, or a prep center in another state you will never walk into.

Mesquite sits in eastern Dallas County where I-635 meets I-30 and US-80, a corridor that already moves a lot of inbound freight in and out of the Dallas side of the metroplex. Our facility at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200 is on the western side, on the far side of the metroplex, reached on I-30 west and then north up I-35W. That puts your prep partner on the opposite end of the same metro rather than across the country.

The DFW area is dense with Amazon fulfillment centers. We reference those for regional context only. Amazon decides which FC receives your shipment and how it gets split, and we do not control that routing. What we do control is the quality of the prep, the accuracy of the shipment plan our software builds in Seller Central, and how honestly we communicate about what is happening with your inventory. Marketplace Prep was built by a seller who ran thousands of SKUs and hundreds of thousands of units, and every account gets a dedicated WhatsApp group rather than a ticket queue.

Getting your inventory from Mesquite onto our floor

Four ways inventory gets from Mesquite onto our floor, and what each one asks of you.

Parcel

UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries need no appointment. Ship from a Mesquite home base or a leased unit and the boxes enter receiving as they land.

Pallet and LTL

Scheduled appointment required. Book the window with us before the carrier dispatches, so a truck is not sitting at the door without a slot. This is the lane for wholesale cases and private label production arriving direct from a supplier. Booking the window is what lets us have the loading dock and forklift ready.

Driving it up yourself

Our client-facing receiving window is 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Most Mesquite sellers never make the drive, but the door is open inside that window.

Outbound to Amazon

We book Amazon Freight through the Amazon Freight portal, coordinate LTL, generate the BOL, and schedule carrier pickup from our Fort Worth facility, so you are not chasing carriers from Mesquite.

Who this is built for

Mesquite and the eastern suburbs are full of operators running private label and wholesale product at real volume. That is the seller this floor is set up for.

A fit

  • Mesquite and eastern Dallas County brands shipping 3,000+ units a month from private label, wholesale, or brand-exclusive inventory.
  • Wholesale sellers moving case-pack inventory, which has grown here since Amazon ended its own prep service.
  • Private label brands that want custom packaging, inserts, kitting, and quality assurance handled on the same floor as the FBA prep.
  • Sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon merchant-fulfilled orders alongside FBA who can integrate with ShipHero.

Questions Mesquite sellers ask

Where is Marketplace Prep located relative to Mesquite?

Our facility is at 1925 Golden Heights Rd, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76177, on the western side of the DFW metroplex. From Mesquite in eastern Dallas County the route runs I-30 west and then north up I-35W. We are on the opposite end of the same metro you already ship through.

Can I drop off inventory from Mesquite instead of shipping it?

Yes. You can drive inventory to our Fort Worth facility during receiving hours, 9 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Parcel deliveries by UPS, FedEx, or USPS need no appointment. Pallet and LTL deliveries require a scheduled appointment so we can have the loading dock and forklift ready.

What volume do you work with?

FBA prep starts at a floor of 500 units per month, and our work is built for brands shipping 3,000 or more units a month. We are not a volume play for hobby sellers. We are a prep partner for established private label, wholesale, and brand-exclusive operations.

How does pricing work?

Standard prep is billed at the published per-unit volume tiers on our prep pricing page, with every standard step included. Add-on services such as kitting or specialty prep are scoped after a discovery call. This is positioning, not a binding quote.

What kind of sellers do you work with?

We work with private label, wholesale, and brand-exclusive sellers who are running an established operation. Resale-sourcing models fall outside our profile, and we refer those sellers elsewhere.

What happens when my inventory arrives at receiving?

We receive against your inbound, inspect for damage and accuracy, and prep to your documented specs. For FBA, we apply FNSKU labels, complete poly-bagging and case-pack compliance, and build the shipment plan in Seller Central. We flag anything that looks off before it ships rather than after.

How fast will my shipment turn around?

We scope lead times per engagement rather than publishing a blanket promise we cannot keep for every SKU mix. Turnaround depends on your volume, prep complexity, and the receiving schedule, and we document expectations in your service agreement. Accuracy comes before speed.

How will we communicate once we start?

Communication runs through a dedicated WhatsApp group created at onboarding, so you reach a person who knows your account. We use email for formal documents like agreements, invoices, and BOLs. You get responsive, accountable communication, not a ticket queue.

Prepping out of Mesquite? Let’s scope it.

We do not make blanket promises and we do not quote before we understand the work. Tell us your SKU mix, your volume, and how your inventory arrives, and we will scope it against what you actually ship.
